Schrödinger's Cat Meets Pavlov's Dog: Uniting Phenomenology intra muros of Neuroquentology Environments.

We present a System of Observation (S-of-O) encompassing Adaptive Architecture Frameworks to scientifically apply emergent techniques to classic physical, psychological, physiological, and neuroimaging tracking tools. This scalable sandbox approach feeds a Knowledge Base (KB) to correlate ideas, explore empirical data, and quantify discrete events to formulate baselines. We propose a process development philosophy enabling the most elegant solution to emerge: Mass Quantification. Technical details are considered across directly and indirectly related science and engineering disciplines, spanning electrophysiology, chemistry, mathematics, electronics, biophysics, thermodynamics, biomedical, clinical arenas, and quantum physics. Structuring a table of 300 cross-pollination areas fuses non-conventional approaches with social behavioral models, correlating everything from biochemistry to animal and human behavior. It is the authors' opinion that all problems are solvable if observed with pure intention while managing distractions and bias. We seek to benchmark paths leading to multiple solutions by developing a multisensory integration KB to establish body-mind System Engineering Metrology. This validates or dispels dream states that turn into lucid dreaming variants. These variants have progressed from dual-consciousness within dreamstates, including Out-of-the-Body Experiences (OBEs), astral-travel, and sophisticated remote viewing. First-person percept experiences span sub-local, local, and non-local atmospheres, including interacting with physical objects. With recent abilities advancing, the observer can test environments actively with total engagement or passively without affecting the scenario. Passing through physical barriers produces an ecstatic, anatomical tingling sensation up and down the spinal column. Lucidity allows control over nightmares, but after years of experience, ethics and caution are exercised out of respect for the scenario. In 2026, these dream states include analytic thinking and full emotional responses. Smell, taste, and tactile responses are apparent, occasionally breaking into real-world reality before returning seamlessly to the dream scenario. To demonstrate qualia as a repeatable OBE event-experience in a fully awake state, we introduce "The Charlie Experiment." Following a demanding day of snow skiing with friends, the author rested on the top floor of a multi-level chalet. The bed faced peripherally large wooden beams forming angled parallel lines that met at the apex of a tall ceiling. While lying still and exhausted in the fully lit, quiet room, the author stared at the apex for several minutes, then shifted focus to a different point on the apex. This action induced the sensation of the entire body lifting out of bed.Though resembling an OBE, the author qualified it as a body sensory distortion. An impromptu trial with 12 individuals revealed that half could invoke this sensation, with engagement indication causing hysterical laughter in half the participants. Initial polling of neuroscientists yielded no precedents. However, interviews with physical therapists pointed to proprioception and the vestibular system. This simple test, once fully instrumented, could identify sensory signatures as an initial qualification test. Prompting further exploration involving pilots and Egyptian folklore, compiling this information into a KB may allow us to discover phenomena verified by others. Ultimately, it may be time for a new branch of NASA: instead of exploring outer space, we should explore inner space.
