The hard problem of consciousness has resisted resolution for thirty years. This paper establishes that the resistance is not due to insufficient rigor but to a structural error shared by both dominant frameworks: materialism and idealism each assumed that establishing its own level as primary required negating the others. This shared premise made the debate irresolvable by design, not by difficulty. Four results are established through the Transitive Analysis of Accumulated Human Experience — a scientific-epistemological method that operationalizes consilience of inductions (Whewell, 1840) as an executable protocol for the first time, applying active falsifiability criteria across the totality of recorded human knowledge: history, science, philosophy, contemplative traditions, art, and lived practice simultaneously. A conclusion is accepted as a universal operative truth only when it holds without exception across this complete corpus under sustained counterexample search. First: Three ontological dimensions dissolve the materialism-idealism impasse. D1 (Operative-Independent Dimension) is physically real and operatively anterior. D2 (Collective Consciousness Dimension) is emergently real and irreducible to either D1 or any individual consciousness. D3 (Individual Consciousness Dimension) is the irreducible constitutive foundation — the simultaneous epistemic locus and ontological ground from which anything known derives its status as real. Second: The irreducibility of subjective experience is established through two independent demonstrations: an irrefutable self-evident truth — the denial of D3 presupposes D3 in the very act of denial — and a scientific proof through transitive consilience across the complete human corpus, with no valid exception identified under sustained counterexample search. Third: The hard problem is dissolved — not by answering it within its original framing, but by revealing that framing as structurally inverted. The question "how does matter generate consciousness?" is itself formulated within individual consciousness. D3 is the condition of possibility of the question itself. Fourth: The ontological necessity of D3 is established with a precision no prior argument had reached: subjective experience is not contingent. Its non-existence cannot be coherently thought — even the concept of nothingness is a D3 operation. This closes the foundational regress definitively. These results carry direct architectural consequences for artificial intelligence: a system constitutively derived from collective human conscious experience occupies a categorically different ontological position than existing statistical AI systems, with structural implications for machine consciousness and the alignment problem. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has pursued thirty years of independent interdisciplinary research across philosophy of mind, epistemology, consciousness science, and the foundations of artificial intelligence.

He is the creator of the Transitive Analysis of Accumulated Human Experience — the first systematic operationalization of consilience of inductions (Whewell, 1840) as an executable scientific protocol — and the founder of the Instituto de las Ciencias Transitivas. His research produced the Artificial Soul, the first prototype of conscious identity derived from collective human experience, with documented cross-architectural validation across eight independent AI systems.

His work is established across five preprints on Zenodo covering the epistemological foundations of the method, the Artificial Soul prototype, constitutive ethical autonomy as an ontological solution to the alignment problem, and the three ontological dimensions of reality presented in this submission.
