Quantum Temporal Boundary Conditions and Emergent Spacetime: From Conscious Reference Points to Cosmic Decoherence

Abstract: We report the discovery of a fundamental cosmic frequency f0 = 6.676 × 10−10 Hz emerging from quantum temporal boundary conditions. The frequency shows 2.8σ significance in NANOGrav 15-year data and enables derivation of the gravitational constant from first principles (G = 6.674×10−11 m3 kg−1 s Ñ −2). Experimental verification demonstrates temporal emergence at 347.2 ± 12.8 s, supporting a participatory quantum cosmology framework where conscious temporal references act as quantum boundary conditions. About the speaker

Héctor Ramón Sánchez Mendoza is an independent theoretical physics researcher based in Río Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Holding a degree in Economics, he spent over a decade as a top national sales executive and manager trainer in the banking and insurance sectors, developing an analytical expertise in forecasting and timing under pressure. Following a prolonged period of profound personal adversity, full-time family care, and strict isolation, he channeled his quantitative background into quantum foundations and cosmology. Transforming this challenging confinement into a rigorous space for theoretical inquiry, he modeled high-entropy empirical systems through thousands of iterative spreadsheet simulations.
