This presentation explores low-dose 5-MeO-DMT and council practice as transdisciplinary pathways for studying intersubjective consciousness, relational attunement, and transformative leadership. Drawing on psychedelic phenomenology, integrative transdisciplinarity, transformative leadership theory, and facilitator-based reflective inquiry, the presentation examines how carefully held group containers may cultivate empathy, coherence, collective intelligence, and ethical action. Rather than focusing on peak-dose 5-MeO-DMT experiences of ego dissolution or mystical breakthrough, this inquiry centers psycholytic, nonpeak dosing as a brief and titratable support for somatic awareness, dialogic sense-making, and relational presence. Council practice provides the ceremonial and communicative architecture through which participants learn to speak from the heart, listen deeply, be witnessed, and witness others. Through composite vignettes from men’s council and leadership-development contexts, the presentation shows how low-dose 5-MeO-DMT may amplify intersubjective resonance while preserving agency, consent, and reflective capacity. The inquiry also addresses limitations and ethical concerns, including power dynamics, facilitation skill, cultural humility, safety, and the contextual specificity of gendered ceremonial spaces. I argue that attunement can be understood as both a leadership capacity and a mode of consciousness: an embodied, relational intelligence through which individuals and groups perceive, integrate, and act within complex fields of meaning.
