The Universal Feedback Loop: Static Potential Consciousness, Sensory Filtration, and Black Holes as Cosmic Transducers

introduces a unified philosophical framework positioning consciousness as the foundational, non-local fabric of the cosmos rather than an emergent property of organic biology. We propose the concept of Static Potential Consciousness—a primordial state of absolute stillness and infinite informational capacity that underlies all physical fields. Within this model, the physical body and brain do not generate awareness; instead, they operate as highly specialized sensory filters designed to scale down, translate, and contextualize universal source data into distinct, localized lenses of individual experience. To resolve how this localized data integrates back into the cosmic whole, we examine the mechanics of macro-structures through an information-recycling lens. We hypothesize that black holes operate as universal transducers. Rather than destroying information, black holes compress structural entropy back into its baseline, undifferentiated quantum state, resolving the Information Paradox. This mechanism facilitates a continuous, cyclical cosmic loop of creation, observation, collapse, and localized reset. Ultimately, this framework provides a logical bridge between individual cognitive sovereignty, the observer effect in modern spacetime physics, and a cyclical, self-actualizing multiverse.
