Today, human societies are tossed between their belief systems on one hand and the continually changing science knowledge on the other hand. Individual’s attitude, faith, opinions, sentiments, all depend on one’s belief system into which he is drawn. Humanbeings are proving themselves to be social animals adjusting despite differences and pretending to be happy. The belief systems are playing havoc with the health and happiness as revealed by the recent studies in social biology, placebo effects, epigenetics and neuroscience. Our partial knowledge and belief systems trigger changes in our gene expressions which in turn affect our health and happiness. Knowing the ultimate Truth seems to be the only solution. Generally people in this world express three desires: 1.I want to be happy always.2. I want to know everything.3. I want to live forever. The answer is beyond the scope of 10,000 faiths and religions and not in the perview of sciences. Only Non-dual monistic philosophy ( Advaita) can provide answer to the above questions. According to this philosophy, Only Consciousness is the Ultimate Truth, the world is an illusion.
