This note distils a prolonged dialectical exchange into a compact metalogical argument. Consciousness is characterised as the unique fixed point of a performative self-referential structure that simultaneously asserts identity and non-identity with its environment. Any attempt at critical refutation, computational simulation, or external formalisation necessarily reinstantiates the same structure, rendering refutation, simulation, and reduction impossible in principle. The argument is therefore not falsifiable by any consistent system capable of producing a response.
