Find a Room
The conference room block at Paradise Point is full.
Rooms are often still available at the resort outside the block, though at the regular rate rather than the conference one. Call Paradise Point at (858) 274-4630 or email reservations@paradisepoint.com.
The FAQ lists four nearby hotels — from the Catamaran, a 45-minute bayside walk away, down to a backpacker hostel — with walking and driving times.
Fire Show Dinner Tickets
The Fire Show dinner is on Thursday, October 15 at 7:30 pm on the Paradise Terrace, featuring a small-scale fire show by Skyfire Arts.
A few seats have been released. Book them through the Fire Show dinner ticket page ($150 per seat); a guest does not need to be registered for the conference. Seats must be reserved in advance; none are sold at the door. If you already reserved a seat — by ticking the dinner question when you registered or by buying a dinner ticket — you are all set.
You do not need a dinner ticket for the Poetry Slam at 9:30 pm — everyone is welcome. More in the FAQ.
