Quantum Entanglement is a well-established phenomenon at the atomic and subatomic levels. However, it is a spooky part of our world, as it apparently conflicts with Einstein’s theory of special relativity, since the information would have to be delivered faster than light speed. There are many other unanswered questions that require a paradigm shift in how we view the universe. This paper presents the relationship between consciousness and entanglement from the quantum to the galactic level. According to the T-Consciousness theory, the cosmos consists of two distinct entangled realms: frequency-based and non-frequency-based. The former results in the emergence of strings and subatomic particles, and consequently matter and energy, and the latter consists of waveless and particle-less entities such as dark matter, dark energy, space, gravity, time, etc. Both realms form the cosmic hardware, which is operated by software, and consequently, information is transferred between the two realms. Two types of entanglements can be observed in the cosmos: proportional and existential. In the proportional entanglement, the change in each entangled component will result in a change in the other components. For example, the human body maintains a proportionally entangled mineral–vitamin. An excess or deficiency of one can affect the levels or functions of others. In existential entanglement, all entangled components should coexist and entangle simultaneously. There is no temporal priority or posteriority. Quantum entanglement falls into this category, in which the entangled particles, the observer, and information must coexist at the same time. Another key element in this entanglement is the mind in the non-frequency realm. Mind itself is the entangled result of software, memory, processor, information, and consciousness. Considering a subatomic particle, such as an electron, as an example, the information of its properties, such as mass, electric charge, spin, and lifetime, should be stored in a memory. This information should be accessed and processed via a processor. Software is required for this interaction, and all of these should be done through some level of consciousness. All these elements coexist and are entangled in the non-frequency realm. Every single constituent in the cosmos, living or non-living, has a dedicated mind, the so-called “mind-of-matter/energy”. When the minds-of-matter/energy, the observer mind, the Cosmic Consciousness Network, T-Consciousness Fields, and information are entangled, the “Index of Information” can be altered, and consequently, the material properties and behavior changes. This has been observed and verified in over 100 experimental studies across various topics at laboratories worldwide by the Cosmointel researchers. The whole universe and all its constituents are cascades of entangled clusters, proportional and existential, such as universal laws, forces, and constants. From consciousness to information, from strings and subatomic particles to galaxies, from single cells to human beings, everything has been entangled over time. These cascades of entanglements result in a fine-tuned universe and overall unity between its constituents, and consequently, the cosmos acts as a conscious, intelligent system. This would not have been possible without an entangled entity of consciousness, intelligence, awareness, insight, wisdom, management, etc., the so-called T-Consciousness.
Dr. Farzad Ahmadkhanlou is a faculty advisor at the Samueli School of Engineering at the University of California, Irvine, where he has supervised over 100 industry-sponsored projects for over a decade. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University. Dr. Ahmadkhanlou has been involved in multidisciplinary research and development in academia and industry for over 30 years.
